What is a Supper Club?

It’s an upscalish, local restaurant that is providing an experience of fine dining and cocktails.  It cannot be a chain nor franchise.    There is some aspect of kitch or uniqueness grown into the restaurant from the owners.  The food doesn’t necessarily have to be good, but it should attempt to be.  The service should be top-notch with very experienced bartenders and waiters — this is an absolute qualification.  The meals almost always have to be precluded by some crazy relish tray are special bread spread, meals are usually classic American fare: high level steaks, prime rib, chops, lamb, duck, and seafood.  Eating at a supper club is an experience.

(There are places I decided not to put on this list due to not meeting the requirements above; usually because of cheap or poor service.)
